Paul Denny Conveyancing has been providing quality conveyancing services for over 45 years. Opening the doors in 1978, Paul Denny, was the first Licensed Local Conveyancer in NSW and over the intervening years established a company with a formidable reputation for quality and professional service. Always active in progressing the profession (and not just his business), Paul invested in educating conveyancers and Agents alike, and not surprisingly, participated in the world’s first electronic conveyance settlement in 2014.
Having retired in 2022, Paul’s reputation, work ethic and passion for being expert local conveyancer continues under the leadership of Craig Radford, Linda Henry and Sarah Johnstone. Being part of the Paul Denny Conveyancing services team for many years, this new leadership team continues to hold dear and ascribe to the values for which the company is now renown: attention to detail, legal expertise and passionate, personal customer service. Paul’s catch phrase “When all you do is conveyancing you get very good at it” still rings true.
